4th Exchange Scheme Open Call Webinar

The ENFIELD project is excited to announce the launch of the 4th Exchange Scheme Open Call, a unique opportunity for researchers to engage in mobility-based research exchanges addressing pressing scientific and technological challenges in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This initiative aims to advance Green, Adaptive, Human-Centric, and Trustworthy AI across various industrial domains, including Energy, Manufacturing, and Space.

To support the launch of the Open Call, ENFIELD will host a webinar on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM CEST. The online session will offer valuable insights into the application process, with participation from ENFIELD’s partners who will clarify the opportunities, scientific challenges, and how applicants can engage with this groundbreaking initiative.

Key Webinar Details:

During the webinar, potential applicants will have the opportunity to learn about the scientific challenges that will drive AI research in sectors such as energy, manufacturing, and space. They will also receive guidance on how to apply for research residencies lasting from 3 to 6 months within ENFIELD’s network of Centres of Excellence.

About the 4th Exchange Scheme Open Call:

The 4th Exchange Scheme (TES#4, oc4-2025-TES-02) seeks to fund innovative research exchanges for researchers at various stages of their careers, from PhDs to senior researchers. The scheme is designed to address specific AI challenges that will contribute to the development of sustainable and ethical AI solutions. Selected applicants will collaborate with leading experts in the field and contribute to foundational AI research.

The call encourages applications from individual researchers or research groups who are ready to undertake short-term research residencies within ENFIELD’s Centres of Excellence. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to align their research with one or more of the four pillars of ENFIELD, focusing on the application of AI in sectors such as Energy, Manufacturing, and Space.

The deadline for submissions is October 31, 2025, at 17:00 CET.
